Eligibility Requirements

Applicants may be eligible for COBRA Premium Assistance if they meet all of the following criteria:

Experienced a voluntary or involuntary job loss or
Experienced a qualifying life event that impacts eligibility for employer-sponsored coverage
Are eligible to elect COBRA continuation coverage
Meet program income and assistance guidelines
